Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY &

MODE OF PAYMENT

A P500/PAX or Whole Amount deposit of the total quotation is required to guarantee Booking Reservation as soon as booking is confirmed with the guest. Remaining balance must be settled at least (7) Days prior to the Event (Tour). In case of last-minute bookings, full (100%) payment is required to be settled. Payments may be settled through cash transactions and/or bank transfers only and must be in our local currency –(PHP) Philippine Peso.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made at least (10) Days before Event (Tour) and must be confirmed through fax or email by our sales representative. Cancellations made less than one (1) week / seven (7) days before the Event incurs 50% charge. No refund or full payment for cancellations made less than five (3) days before the event. Note also that all deposits made are non-transferable and non-refundable for any unused service package. Rebooking is subject to availability and incurs fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

1. 8TH ACES TOURS AND TRANSPORT SERVICE COMPANY shall not be liable to the guest or travel agency/tour operator for instances of failure to or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement, if the delay or failure is due to force majeure.

2. Any additional expenses incurred from changes in schedule brought about by weather, road, and local conditions shall be borne by the Participants. However, best effort will be extended in assisting the guests and safeguarding their interest.

 3. In case cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure, or acts of God, as defined by law, both parties will make an agreement for re-scheduling. If a re-scheduling is not possible due to time and/or occupancy constraint, both parties will make a settlement and restitution, taking into consideration that none is at fault.
